ITINERARY
10th Annual Frontera Film Festival Opening Ceremonies Hosted by the Audio/Video Eagle Pass High School team on May 3 2019 at the Victorian House venue in Eagle Pass Texas: Eagle Pass High School Audio/Video students will be setting-up/hosting the Frontera Film Festival opening ceremonies. This will be a one day trip to the Victorian House venue to set up for opening ceremonies of the Frontera Film Festival. While at the Victorian House we will be setting up for the nights festivities where our students audio/video creations will be celebrated. FRIDAY May 3rd 2019 8:35am-8:40-am: Pick up 17 Audio/Video students and equipment at front entrance of EPHS (horseshoe area) 8:40am-8:55am drive to the Victorian House venue 8:55-12:00pm the students and I will be setting up and running the following:
1:00pm-1:20pm Drive back to EPHS campus. Drop off morning batch of students (17 students) and pick up 2nd half of our students (18 students) 1:20-1:40 Drive back to the Victorian House venue 1:40-3:50 Continue setting up and running the following:
